After Kaiser purchased Group Heath they needed to rebrand over 30 facilities in Washington State. Our team developed and executed a kit of parts to extend KP’s Patient and Professional Experience Journey across all sites. This included a new art program and their existing signage program. Worked closely with Interiors and Architecture teams to ensure seamless design across disciplines and expedited timelines were met. Developed system of art which worked harmoniously with interior aesthetic and existing “KPWA Brand”. Managed creative direction, design direction, quality control, teams, bidding, and installation.

Project Team Included: Betsy Sheil, Chuong Tonnu, David Bender, Ruth Wang, Franccesa Parodi, Josie Briggs, Cari Scotkin, Brooke Shary, and Eric Levine. Capitol Hill mural completed in partnership with Urban Art Works and artist Jaque Fragua.

Project completed while Lead Experience Designer at NBBJ Seattle.
